The public officials and people of the Commonwealth of Minnesota will be remembered in special prayers dur- ing the choral evensong service in Washington Cathedral tomorrow at 4 o'clock. The flag of that State, pre-} sented by Gov. Floyd B. Olson, will be carried in procession with the national colors.
