CHICAGO, February 13 (P.— Mayor Edward J. Kelly announced yesterday an allotment of $2,814,500 has been set aside by the Federal Gov- ernment for development of the Calu- met-Sag link in the proposed “Great- Lakes-to-the-Gulf” waterway. He said work probably will start in a month. The project calls for improvement of the Calumet-Sag link to make it navigable for modern river vessels.
