January 23.—Con- tinuing the advance which got under way yesterday the United States Gov- ernment list pushed up to new 1935 peaks for practically all of the Treas- ury and guaranteed obligations. = At the beginning of the final hour the list showed gains ranging from 2-32ds to | 12-32ds of a point Other divisions of the bond mnrk(‘t continued to move unevenly, with the | tendency toward lower values in the| rail and utility grcups. BALTIMORE, January 23.—Sales of the Black & Decker Manufacturing Co. are showing a considerable in- crease over the corresponding period last vear, according to President S. Duncan Black. Foreign business of the company, which has a manufacturing plant at Slough, England, has also shown an | expansion in recent months, he said.
