Wyant, who died today at his home, will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Wyant was 65. He had served in Congrest for 12 years, from 1820 | until 1932. Retired for disability from the Finance Division of the Army in 1922, he was returned to active duty the next day by spe- | cial act of Con- gress and was re- tained until the time of his death. Maj. Keith was i born in Vienna, # I11., September : o i 28, 1867, the son of John T. and, sppisoN, FRANCIS GIRAULT, SR. India A. Keith. In Washi since the age of 119, he received the degrees of bachelor and master of laws from National University here. He was a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court. First with the Coast and Geodetic Survey he was| transferred to the War Dephrtment before the World War, serving first as chief clerk of the War College and then as chief clerk of the Judge Advocate General's Depart- ment. During the war he was made a major and assigned to the general staff in charge of purchase, storage and trafic. He was commissioned major in the Regular Army in 1920. Besides his mother Maj. Keith is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John G. Wangler, Mrs. William A. Hoke and Mrs. George Rye of Fort Smith; a son, Raymond L. Keith; three broth- ers, James E. and Charles R. Keith of Fort Smith, Ark., and George B. Keith, living in California.
