SOUTH WASHINGTON, Va., May 25. —Five volunteer fire comp-mn ‘were called last night to fight a blaze on the “airport dump.” The fire was so brilliant it brought sufficient inquisitive motorists to tie up traffic for nearly an hour at the south end of the highway bridge. While there was no damage that could be done at the dump, fire- men feared that the sparks would be carried to nearby business establish- ments. The fire-fighters were aided by a downpour or rain that finally re- sulted in extinguishing the blaze ana dispersing the onlookers. . . . Marriage Licenses.
