The twenty-first anniversary of the Washington ministry of Dr. James Shera Montgomery will be observed to- morrow. He came to the pastorate of Metropolitan Memoral Church, Decem- ber 9, 1911. After a five-year pastorate with this church he was called to Cal- vary, this city, where he remained as pastor until he was called back to Metropolitan six years ago. Since then the congregation of the church has moved to the new building at Massa- chusetts and Nebraska avenues.
