HOOVER is recelving at 8 o'clock this afternoon in the Exccutive Mansion the wives and daughters who accom- panied the delegates to the convention of the American: Associa- tion of Engineers. Mrs. Hoover is expected to attend | the eighteenth annual convention of the Girl Scout National Council at Virginia Beach next week. The First Lady is honorary president of the Girl Scouts.
