The special speaker at the evensong services tomorrow at 4 o'clock in Beth- lchem Chapel at Washington Cathedral will be Dr. Willlam Adams Brown, Roosevelt professor of systematic the- ology at Union Theological Seminary in New York and one of the most prominent Presbyterian ministers in the country. His sermon will be broadcast by radio through Station WMAL. While in Washington Dr. and Mrs. Brown will be the guests of Bishop James E. Freeman and Mrs. Freeman at the bishop's house in the Cathedral close. Mrs. Brown is national chair- man of the Natianal Women's Commit- tee, which is building the north porch of the Cathedral through gifts from American womarhood Mrs. Herbert Hoover is the honorary chairman of this committee.
