Chew Sheriff yesterday when he dismissed charges of reckless driving against both the bus driver and the driver of the passenger car. Harry Kobre, driver of the private car, was fined $1 and costs, however, for failing to have a registration card in his possession. Edward P. Alexander of Washington was driver of the bus.
