They decided no more sales be held until next Monday, so they might have an opportunity to seek the aid of the Federal Farm Board. Most of the farm- ers favored raising no tobacco at all next year and organizing a co-opera- tive association to market this year's crop. Board of Trade Called. SAN FRANCISCO, December 32— Count Eric Emil Lewenhaupt's petition to be named guardian of the $750,000 fortune of his son, Jan Casimir Lewen- haupt, 15, of London, resulted in the appointment here yesterday by Superior Judge Thomas E. Graham of the Anglo- California Trust Co. as a co-guardian with Leon Enemark Count Lewenhaupt sought to displace Enemark as guardian, and the boy was called from England to take the witness stand. The court’s decision places responsi- bility for the trust in the bank, Leon Morris, Lewenhaupt's attorney said, and makes count Lewenhaupt guardian of the boy’s person. The story, as related in court w that when Tracey tiptoed into his hom one day during the early morning hours, . | his wife cut loose with a vase, a radio & golf trophy and a few other things, all of which he successfully dodged. His landlord claimed the damage was $350, but Tracey said it should be charged against his wife, now presum- ably in Reno. CHICAGO, December 2.—America’s healthiest 4-H Club girl is 15-year-old Gertrude Heikes of Dakota City, Nebr., and she’s all but perfect so far as her physical condition is concerned. She scored a total of 99.9 points to win the national 4-H health contest over the competitors of 15 other States :Only a slight imperfection in the align- ment of her teeth kept her from a 100 per cent rating.
