By the Associated Press. HOLLYWOOD, Calif,, October 9.—A singular post-divorce financial agree- ment, especlally unique to Hollywood, exists between Kathlyn Willlams and Charles Eyton. And the story books’ well known con- clusion, “They lived happy ever after- ward,” is peculiarly applicable to them. Miss Williams, one of the earliest motion picture stars, and Eyton, retired studio executive, have wills favoring each other. Although they have been divorced since January of this year, Miss Willlams and her ex-husband see each other frequently, as often as “two or three times a week.” “The agreement, or trusts, were made before we separated,” Miss Williams sald yesterday. “I have no close rela- tives and neither has Charles, so we decided to leave our money to each other. CAR VICTIM SUCCUMBS Floyd Harleston, Hurt Last No- vember, Dies in Hospital. Floyd Harleston, 70, 722 Eleventh street southeast, died at Providence Hospital yesterday from injuries re- ceived in an automobile accident last November. ¥ Harleston was knocked down by a taxicab as he crossed the intersection at Eighth and E streets. The taxi was d{lven by Louis Rosetts, 43, of 131 E street. . Following the accident Harleston was taken to Emergency Hospital and treat- ed for head injuries. Several weeks later he .was removed to Providence Hospital, where he died yesterday.
