PERRY, lowa, September 8.—County Attorney George Sackett said today that John M. Smith, insecticide manufact- urer, has promised to tell a grand jury all the details of an alle insurance plot in which he disappeared hn Winter, leaving an embalmed body o! an unidentified man in his lmmad automobile. The county attorney made this state- ment after officers reported that Mrs. Smith had signed s statement admitting that her husband's disappearance was part of a plan whereby she was to collect his $60,000 in life insurance policies.
