Rites for Brilliant Woman Artist to Be Held at Alexandria. Funeral services will be hedd at Christ | Church, in Alexandria, Va., at 9:15 o'clock tomorrow morning for Mrs. Marietta Minnigerode Andrews, whose death on Friday ended a brilliant liter- ary and artistic career of one of the National Capital's best known women. Family to Attend. While several of the family are scat- tered, it was exmed all of them would arrive here in ti for the funeral serv- ices. The services will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Willlam Jackson Morton, rector of Christ Church, who also will accom- pany the body to Middleburg, Va., where burial will take place. Mrs. Andrews will be laid at rest beside the body of |het daughter, Mary Lord Andrews. Rev. Ernest Van R. Stires, an old friend of x.muy, will take part s Mm. Andrews was a native of Vir- ginia. She studied art at the Corcoran Gfllery of Art in Washington, where she resided many halet l’rller Andrews was director of the school at that time, and the talented Virginia girl became his bride in 1895. Died at Son’s Home. Mrs. Andrews died at the home of her son, Eliphalet Fraser Andrews, at Sem- inary Hills, Va. Her Washington home and studio was at 1232 Sixteenth street. In addition to her son, Mrs. Andrews ' is-survived by shree grandchildren, Mary | Lord Andrews, 3d; Helen Tucker An- drews and Carter Randolph Andrews; three sisters and four .brothers, Miss Lucy Minnigerode and Miss Anne Min- the A., of ashington, and Charles Mlnnlnmde of Baltimore.
