By the Associated Press. ! BUCHAREST, Rumania, July 8.— Queen Helen, already shorn of her royal | prerogatives, today saw her personal rights fading under th: hand of King Carol. Shortly after her chamberlain an- | ncunced she would spand the Summer at Constanza with Crown . Prince | Michael. Carol issued a proclamation | denying the truth of the statement. The guests include ILing Alexander and Queen Marie of Jugosiavia, former | King George end Queen Elizabeth of Greece, Grand Duchess Cyril and her | daughter, Princess Yira, the Prince and Princess of Hchenzoilern, the Prince of Leinigen, the Princesses of Hohenloe, the Infante and Infanta of Spain, Premier Jorga, the president of the Chamber and S@nate and other digni- taries of the state and the church. King Carol and the Prince of Hohen- gollern will be witnesses for Princess Tleana. Archduke Anton's witnesses will be his father, Archduke Leopold Balvator, and the Count of Guelf. Ceremony on Third Day. The festivities will last from the 24th to the 26th. The principals will give congratulations and gitts at the Palace ! of Pelesch on the first day, a grand banquet and reception will be held on | the second, and the marriage ceremo-' nies, civil and religious, will take place | on the morning of the third.
