UPPER MARLBORO, Md., April 28. —Accused of firing & shctgun at an au- tomobile containing three young men Friday night, Walier Nicholson, store- keeper of Queen Anne, Md., was named in & warrant issued yesterday by Justice of Peace Thomas D.
