Funeral services for Martin Dodge, good roads move- were held at noon today at the family home, Dodge Park, in Prince Georges County, Md., and at 3 o'clock this afternoon at Ail Souls’ Unitarian Church. Burial was in the family plot at_Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Plllbemn included Senator Duncan Fletcher of Florida, Brig. Gen. H. C. Newcomer, former Gov. Heber M. Wells of Utah, Seneca c-nneld 0. C. Strawn, Wade H. Ellis, M. O. Eldridge, Armstmn{‘mrry Kepler Hoyt, Willlam Canfleld M. Aldrich, Rich- ard Richards and Thomu M. Roberts of Washington. Mr. Dodge, who was born in Ohio and gerved in both houses of the State Legislature, is survived by a son, Homer Joseph Dodge, Washington wrn.er and three daughters, Mrs. Jacob Gayer and Esther and Daphne Dodge, all of Wash- Mr, Dodge was director of the Bu- reau of Public Roads in the McKinley administration. Kober, physician, educator and health crusader, who died Friday, were held today in the Medical So- clety Building, followed by burial in Glenwood Cemetery. Earller in the day private services | were held at his late residence, 1819 Q street, after which the body was taken to lie in state at the bullding of the local medical society, of which Dr. Kober at one time was president.
