As D'Agostino, a vendor, was at one time connected with Abe Schrott. con- victed recently in District Supreme Court on a similar charge, a legal tangle resulted as to which court should handle the case. Judge Ralph Given said he thought the case should be heard in the same court as the Schrott case. Finally it was decided the man should change ' his piea from guilty to not guilty and demand a jury trial in order to give the court time to straighten out the tangle.
