L. Rust Co., which handled financial arrange- ments for the project. ‘The maximum size building to be erected will be an apartment hotel and will be bullt for Joseph J. Moebs by the R. P. Whittey Co. The structure was contemplated when the one-story store building was erected four years ago and plans for the addition were filed with the District building inspec- tor last year by Mr. Moebs.
