Communications were ordered di-| rected to the proper authoritles, urging that the speed limit on Nichols avenue between Sheridan road and Milwaukee street be increased from the present 22- mile limit to 35 miles per hour. It was also urged that parking on Nichols ave- nue between Good Hope road and Tal- bert street be prohibited during rush hours, with & view to facllitating traffic. it “Pacing” of Street Cars.
