RESCUED MAN REQUESTS $30 PAYMENT FROM CITY By the Associated Press. TULSA, Okla., July 9.— Tulsa city ‘commissioners are studying the case of Albert Guy. Guy, according to records of the municipal swimming pool, was saved from drowning last week by a life guard. Yesterday Guy's attorney presepted the city a bill for $30. The claim lists $15 as due because he was permitted to be almost drowned. The other $15 is claimed as a result of a bruise on his head Guy claims to have received when the life guard dropped him after g him from the pool. The com- missioners are investigating.
