Allen of Kansas will entertain at dinner in the Mayflower this evening. Senator Allen succeeded the Vice President in the Senate when the latter was elected to his present office. Cuban Em and Lady Celebrating Cuban Revolt. ‘The Ambassador of Cuba and Senora De Ferrara will entertain a company of 46 at dinner this evening in cele- bration of Grita De Baire, the start of the Cuban revolution for inde- pendence. The company will include the heads of Latin American missions in Washington and a number of others. The Ambassador and Senora De Ferrara were hosts at dinner last eve- ning, entertaining in compliment to the Ambassador of France and Mme. Claudel.
