MR LOVELL CONTINUES SERIES Mount Pleasant Congrega- | tional Church Program Is Announced. | As the second in his series of ser- mons on the general topic of “Religion Looks at Modern Civilization,” Rev. Moses R. Lovell, pastor of the Mount Pleasant Congregational Church, 1410 Columbia Road, will preach tomorrow morning on “Religion and the Labora- tories.” The Washington Life Adjustment In- stitute will meet for its Monday night session at 7 o'clock. The staff has been enlarged until it now includes two phy- sicians, four psychiartrists, two social workers, a director of religious educa- tion and a spiritual adviser, all of whom offer their knowledge free to all each Monday night. One of the social workers, Miss Ella V. Ball, has been engaged on a full-time basis during January to assist in preparing for the Monday night sessions. “The Mland Within,” Ludwig Lewi- sohn’s novel, will be the subject of the discussion grcup tomorrow at 6 o'clock.
