A, re- tired, died in Walter Reed Hospital yesterday. She had been in the hos- pital about a month. Mrs. De Frees lived here in the Pen- tilly Apartments, She is survived by her husband, Maj. De Frees; two sons, Fred- erick B.'and Hugh J. De Frees, and a daughter, Miss Elizabeth De Frees of Toledo, Ohio. Funeral services and burial will be in Indianapolis, lnd tomorrow. MRS. F. Y. By the Aseociated Press. NEW YORK, April 26.—Chandler Robbins, a founder of the American Geographic Soclety, died of pneumonia last night at his home. He was 93 years old. Mr. Robbins retired 40 years ago as a merchant engaged in trade with China and the West Indles. He was a son of the late Dr. Chandler Robbins | of Boston.
