Rhinelander of the Wash- Ington Cathedral will preside. Most of the Episcopal Churches in the city will abandon their evening services on that day so that the con- gregations may attend the meeting. About 30 clergymen in vestments will be in the procession. which will follow massed vested choirs of the various churches, numbering prob- ably more than 300 voices.
