It looked like the World Series!...In all this hustle and bustle we know that a lot of our customers who came down could not get service, especially in some of the more crowded departments. And so we are rushing in type to let them know that we are sorry that conditions Monday made it impossible to take care of every one. And to say that Tuesday is the second day of our “First Year” Sales and that there are splendid values throughout the store that will well justify a trip....True, we were rushed Monday, but it takes more than one day to deplete the complete stocks which we have amassed for winter, and for our “First Year” Sales.
