UPPER MARLBORO, Md., October 4.—State's Attorney Alan Bowie will ask the grand jury of the Circuit Court, which convened here this morn- ing, with Harry W. Dorsey of Hyatts- ville as foreman, to indict Myer Davis, prominent cafe and orchestra owner of Washington, on & charge of man- slaughter as a result of the accident the night of June 2 last on the Wash- ington-Baltimore boulevard at Madi- son avenue, Riverdale, when Bernard Booker, Philadelphia attorney, a pas- senger 'In an automobile driven, it is charged, by Davis, was killed.
