John Rigg, who since 1921 has been rector of St. Thomas' parish in Prince Georges County, Md., has re- slgned his rectorship to become dean of Trinity Cathedral in the Episcopal diocese of Baston. He wlll enter upon his new dutles June 1. He succeeds the Rev. Dr. Franklin J. Bohanan, who during the past Winter came to ‘Washington to take charge of the or- ganization and enlargement of the National Cathedral Assoclation. St. Thomas' parish contains St. Thomas’ " Church at Croome, the Chapel of the Incarnation at Brandy- wine and the Chapel of the Atone- ment at Cheltanham. Services of the last named place of worship have been discontinued and the chapel is used only for funerals in the ceme- which is attached tc it.
