WINCHESTER, Va., May 3.—Buds have begun bursting into blossom in many orchards throughout the Shen- andoah Valley and by the opening to- morrow morning of the second annual aple-blossom festival the trees are expected to be in full regalia. Priscilla 1, queen of the realm, has issued a proclamation, asking the people of Maryland, Virginia, Wash- ington, D. BALTIMORE, May 3.—Confiscation of crabs under the legal size of three and one-half inches has been ordered | by State Conservative Commissioner | Swepson Earle, following the opening | of the crab season In Maryland.
