Rock- efeller, jr., of New York, is to make a visit to Brandon, the ancestral home of the Harrison family, on Thursday, with a view to purchasing the prop- erty. Brandon, owned by W. Gor- don Harrison, was placed on the mar- ket last year. and since then a num- ber of persons have looked at it. Mr. Rockefeller is to come to Bran- don in a speclal vessel chartered for the purpese, and is expected to spend a good part of the day in going over the property. The manor is one of the most picturesque in the whole country, built more than 200 years ago, and still is in perfect condition. It has been in the possession of the Harrisons since its erection.
