Thomas O'Neill, motorman of the Capital Tractlon Co., was exonerated Yesterday by the grand Jury ~f respon- sibility for the death of James L. nn, one of three firemen who were thrown from a fir ne with which the car operated b eil was in ¢ol- lision August 27 last at Fourteenth and Harvard streets. The grand jurors found that the accident was unavold- able. Others relieved of charges against them by the grand jury are: George Brewster, assault; James R.
