Army, formerly Stationed at the office of the quarter- master general here, dled at Walter Reed Hospital yesterday following an operation Monday. He was 49 years old. Lieut. Col. Robinson was a 32d de- gree Mason and was at one time member of the Sottish Rite Masons of this city, having served as a cap- tain in the Albert Pike Consistory Camp Guard. During_the World War he served in the Motor Transport Corps in France with the grade of colonel. Just prior to that he served in the quar- termaster general's office. He came to Washington from Joplin, Mo., about two weeks ago to be ad- mitted to Walter Reed Hospital.
