Archibald Gracle, a Titanic victim. She told of an alleged forgery by her husband of her name to a note for $2,100 and to the alleged taking of certain jewelry and other |personal property when he left her some weeks ago to return to his na- tive land. Should the grand jury present an indictment against the husband it would be neces v to have extradl tion papers in order to get him back to Washington for trial.
