LEIPZIG, July 15.—For the first time since the founding of the Ge. wandhaus concerts in 1781, a visiting orchestra, the Saxonian State, will be included in the season'’s program. The extraordinary duties imposed upon the Gewandhaus orchestra by the re construction of the Leipzig municipal opera has caused the city council to curtail the concerts. The Gewandhaus orchestra will he available for only 18 concerts during the season, while the Saxonian State will be heard in two Cuba plans to have a gasoline tax of 10 cents a gallon.
