These bonds sold close to 87, against a Saturday final of 95%. The sub- scription price was 95, and the decline was entirely due to the expiration of the syndicate and the withdra of protecting order: »out the Poli: is that they a| ble by lot at 10 that is nearly 18 points above where they were selling in the market today.
