COSMOPOLITAN GLEE CLUB AT LUNCHEON Musical Body and Dramatic Club to Go on Cruise to Norfolk on May 29. The Cosmopolitan Glee Club, which will be one of the entertainers on the Cosmopolitan crulse on May 29, made its first appearance at the weekly luncheon of the club at the Franklin Scuare Hotel yesterday. The Glee Club is a new undertaking Ly the Cosmopolitans, who have also formed a dramatic club, which will entertain those who take the trip. The Glee Club is under the direction of Mrs. Walter Gawler, wife of oné of the members, and is composed of Michael Schaefer, Henry Karr, Gor- don Bonnette, Iter Gawler, Paul Brandstedt, Simpson, Pat Da- vis, George Lucke, George McCioskey, Warren Terry and William Rosaville. More than 250 members and their guests are going on the cruise. The pa will leave Washington Friday afternoon for Baltimore by special truin. A fleet of taxis will convey the party to the boat. The local club will be the guest of the Norfolk Cosmopolitans Saturday and the Virginia club will be the guest of the Washington men Sun- day. The trip will take in Norfolk, the Capes and several other points of interest. The party will return on Monday. Several of the members will partici- pate today in the Intercivic Club golf tournament. By the Associated Press MINNEAPOLIS, May 15.—Former comrades of Arthur Frazier, Indian World War soldier, who the Govern- ment contends is dead, were prepared to take the stand today to testify in the Arthur Lopez-Frazier identifica- tion case. Their testimony is intended to show that Frazier is still alive and that he is the man who has brought the suit in the United States District Court here to collect disability com- pensation from the Government and to establish his identity as Arthur Frazier. The Government claims to have proof that Frazier is dead and that the man who says he is Frazier is in reality Arthur Lopez, a Mexican. Trial of the case beg: y.
