A resolution requesting the District Commissioners to hasten the creation of & police precinct in the vic! the territory covered by the Si Street Highlands Citizens’ Assoclation was unanimously adopted by the as. soclation at a_meeting in the Sixth Presbyterian Church last night. This resolution was following a dis cussion of more than an_hour regard ing the transfer of a policeman until recently stationed in a police booth at the Intersection of Fourteenth and Kennedy streets. Post, old, prominent in Eastern Star cir- cles and a resident of Washington nearly all her life, died at the home of .her son, George H. Post, 1513 La- mont street, Sunday after a linger- ing illness. Mrs. Post was the widow of Albert H. Post, who was for many years record clerk at the Capityl, and moth- er of William L. Post, formerly su- perintendent of documents at the Governmernt Printing Office. She was a charter member of Unity Chapter, No. 22, O. E. S. Besides her sons, George H. 69 years and William L.
