THE EVENING STAR, WASHINGTON, NEW CHAPEL HAS INTAL SERVICE Bishop Freeman Addresses Workmen at Chapel of Resurrection. Bishop James F. Freeman yesterday addressed about 176 persons, including workmen and members of the staff of the Washington Cathedral, in the first services ever held in the Chapel of the Resurrection, the second chapel, now almost completed, in the great cathedral building program. The bishop said that he was im pressed by the significance of the fact that the builders of the chapel should be the first to attend services The Chapel of the Resurrection is in the crypt of the cathedral, and under the main floor on the south side.
