Gilberto Valen- zuela, has sent instructions to Tomas Garrido, governor of the state of Ta- basco, to return to the Roman Catho- lic authorities the cathedral at Villa Hermosa, which was granted to the Mexican Catholics who recently sep. arated from the Roman Catholic Church and organized the Mexican Catholic Apestolic Church.
