SOFIA, Bulgaria, March 7.—The Communist deputy, Haralamy Stoya- noft, was assassinated yesterday by a young Macedonian in one of Sofia's most congested streets. The assassin fled, but was pursued by policemen and a crowd of citizens and captured after a short chase. Stoyanoff is the third deputy who has been murdered within a month.
