F. L. FLOYD EXPIRES. Funeral to Be Held Sunday, With Burial in Cherrydale. F. I. Floyd, 53 years old, formerly (1 employe of the Post Office Depart- lent for 20 years and who was later clerk in the United States Air Serv- > died at his *in Cherrvdale, last night oyd had- been failing health for about two years, At the outh of the World War voluntecred his services in the Afr rvice. Mr. Floyd was born in the District in 1866. He is survived by his widow, two sons, Walter H. Floyd and French E. Floyd, and two daughters, Jars, Jessie L. Goodrich and Miss Eva M. Floyd, all of Cherrydale, Va.; a broth- er, Charles M. Floyd of Glendale, Md., and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Dyer of this eity. Funeral scrvices will be conducted at the residence in Cherrydale Sunday afternoon. BENJAMIN W. HOLMAN DIES Veteran of Post Office Department Service Dead at 73. Benjamin W. Holman, 73 years old, | formerly a paymaster in the Post Office Department, where he had worked for 40 years, died at his resi- dence, 2317 Twentieth street, yester- day after a short illness, Mr. Holman was a native of Massa- chusetts, tut moved to W.sconsin with his parents when a boy and re- celved his early education there. He retired from the Government service about three years ago. Interment wifl be in Tiffin, Ohio. LOUIS ZEREGA DEAD. Is Victim of Heart Affection. Louis Zerega, - local wrestler, died, at the age of 42 years, Wednesday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Walter Woodhouse, 714 6th street, from heart disease. Coroner J. Ramsay Nevitt issued a certificate of death from nat- ural causes. Zerega was held by a coroner’s jury in connection with the killing of James Selden Cawdan, 66-year-old paroled patient of St. Elizabeth's Hospital, who died March 1, 1921, from blood puisoning caused by in- juries received when attacked on March 17, 1921, Zerega was then a patient at the hospital. Cawden was robbed at the time of $115. Although the coroner’s inquest held Zerega, the grand jury refused to take notice of the case, and Zerega was not held legally accountable for the act. He was later discharged from treatment at St. Elizabeth’s. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Kate Carrico, at 442 New York avenue. Requiem mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church and interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemeter. Wrestler C. ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES. TONIGHT.
