FARM SALES SHOW HEAVY INCREASES Regained Confidence Re- flected in 42 Per Cent Spurt in 1924 Over Last Year. The number of farm sales made in 1924 shows an increase of 42 per cent over the number in 1823, ac- cording to a national survey of the farm land market which has just Leen made by the national assocla- tion of real estate boards.
