Investment bonds were dull and neglected, as has been the case ever since the.rapid upturn in stocks attracted attentlon away from bonds. On the week Liberties have varied only small fractfons. In most cases they are slightly higher than last Saturday, but the change Is s0 small as to be of little significance. In the forelgn group the new French 7s were still the most active today around Friday's best prices, with the German 7s next in favor, and up & point and a half on the week. The French 85 are also seiling about ax much in advance of their price of a week ago. Two other forelgn issues to score gains on the week have been the Austrian 7s and the Argentine 6s, both up mo han a point.
