Anson Mills, United States Army, retired, by the terms of his will, dated June 17, 1918, and modifled by two codicils of July 1, 1919, and February 21, 1921. At the time of making the will the estate was worth moro than $1,000,- 000, but the general has disposed of most of it, it is understood, by gifts and trust funds. His daughter, Constance Mills Overton, is given the home at 2 Dupont circle and the household ef- fects, and trust funds are provided for her, her children and grand- children, the details of the latter not being given in the will.
