Group to Plant Tree as Memorial in Annapolis. A tree to be planted in honor of Gov. Ritchie’s mother was registered on the national honor roll of the American Tree Association today by the Maryland Federation of Women's Clubs. The tree will be planted on the ground of the governor's mansion at Annapolis as a mark of honor for the present mistress of the mansion, next Monday, November 17. Mrs. John F. Sippel, the president and Mrs. George A. Hax, the recording secre- tary are in charge of the plans for the planting.
