The will of Blaine Elkins, who died September 15, was filed today for probate. Mr. Elkins was a brother of Senator Davis Elkins of West Vir- ginia. The document names the Na- tional Savings and Trust Company as’trustee of the estate and guardian of the estate of his son, Stephen B. Elking, 3d. No mention is made in the will of his former wife, Mary Kenna Elkins, who obtained an abso- lute divorce from him and received at that time $120,000 in settlement of dower rights and alimony. Ey the terms of the will the trust company is to surrender to the widow, Mrs. Lucy Douglas Elkins, $100,000 worth of liberty bonds held by the company under an agreement executed in 1922 The trustee is to pay the net income from the entire remaining estate to the widow dur- ing her life. At the death of the widow the trust company is directed to apply the income from the estate to the main- tenance and education of the son, by the first marriage, until he becomes 25 years old, when he is to receive one-third of the estate. On attain- ing the age of 30 years the son is to have the rest of the trust estate. Should the boy die before the dis- tribution of the estate is effected the trust company is ordered to pay over the entire remaining estate to Mrs. FUNERALS AND AMBULANCES AT LOWEST COSTS Complete Funerals, $75, $100, $125, $150.
