Daniel Sullivan and police official:. No parking of automobiles will be permitted on Pennsylvania avenue between Peace Monument and Fifteenth street after 13 o'clock Friday. The avenue will be cleared of east and west mov- ing traffic at 1:50 o'clock. Traffic will be permitted to cross the Avenue going north and south until 1:50 o'clock. Street car traffic will be sus- pended on the Avenue and on First street from Maryland avenue to C street northwest during the parade., The last cars will clear Peace Monument &t 1:50 and west- bound cars will not enter the Avenue until the last scction of the parade has passed two squares beyond a given point. Benner, formerly of the University of Michigan faculty, a member of the research staff of the Institute of Kconomics, has been ap- pointed assistant professor of economics at George Washington University.
