i REPARATION BODY GETS NEW GERMAN BANK PLAN Bill Provides for Gold Note Estab- lishment Under Dawes System. By the Associated Press. BERLIN, July 15.—A bill for estab- lishment of the new gold note bank has been completed and submitted to the Reparation Commission. The newspapers report that the essential points of the bill have been approved by Sir Robert Kindersley, member of the organization committee of the bank of {ssue under the Dawes plan. The new bank will e conducted on lines similar to those governing the Refchsbank. The directorate will be composed exclusively of Germans, but the activities will be supervised by a general council of fourteen. Seven members of the council will be Ger- mans, and the remainder will be ap- pointed by the United States, Great Britain, Ttaly, ~France, Belgium, Switzerland and Holland, as creditors of the new bank. President Schacht of the Reichs- bank has been designated as presi- dent of the General Council. July 16.—Jess Newton charged with complicity in the $2,000,000 mail train robbery near Chicago and held here under $100.000 bond on this charge, will be taken to Chicago within a few days, United States Marshal D. A. Walker an- nounced yesterday. Newton is in the Bexar county jail. He was arrested recently at Del Rio, Tex. Another charge is also against him, that of participating in a train robbery near Denison, Tex.
