A democratic League of Youth, “to capture the twenty-one-year-old girl voters of the nation,” has been or- ganized by Mrs. Emily Newell Blair, vice chairman of the Democratic na- tional committee, in charge of the organization of. woman voters, it was announced today. Branches have been started in several colleges and uni- versities and one will be organized among Democratic girls tonight at Goucher College.
