The Army Band will, as usual, be the outstanding musical attraction. The band is under the command of Capt. P. W. Lewis, with William J. Stannard, leader. Mr. Stannard has prepared a thirty-minute program, beginning at 7:45 o'clock. During this period he will present Liszt's “Les Preludes” and the ever-popular “Hunt- ing Scene” by Bucalossi.
