The commission will have before it a summary prepared by Walter C. Al- len, executive secretary, showing the returns earned by each corporation on its physical valuation during 1923. This’ report shows that the two rail- way companies earned 5.97 per cent on their combined valuations and the power company earned §.57 per cent on the value given the plant by the com- mission.
